How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

What happens if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@shopsoulcrafted.com. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging for damaged shipments. We'll quickly fix the problem and make sure you get a new item.

Can I return a product?

Do I have to pay for shipping when returning a product?
