Shipping Countries and Costs:

Finland: Shipping cost varies depending on the quantity of items ordered. For single-item orders with delivery to home, the shipping cost is €5.90. For orders of two or more items with delivery to a pickup point, the shipping cost is €7.90.
Baltic Countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): Shipping cost is €7.90.
Sweden: Shipping cost is €8.50.
Denmark, Germany: Shipping cost is €9.50.

Digital Goods Shipping: Shipping for digital goods is €0.00.

Please note that these shipping costs are subject to change and may vary based on promotions or special offers.

Shipping Time:
Standard shipping: 2-5 business days.
International shipping: 3-14 business days (Excluding possible days for customs clearance).

Taxes and Duties for International Orders:

Please note that all prices displayed are exclusive of any local customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied when the package reaches your destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Digital goods Returns Policy: All sales of digital goods are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopsoulcrafted.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the return process. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, please email us at info@shopsoulcrafted.com with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund.
